      <description>&lt;p&gt;Open Source CU, a blog for credit union leaders, launched today. Created as an idea exchange, the blog attempts to open communications between CU members and management, to encourage use of technology that fits the movement‚Äôs inherent cooperative nature, and to convert traditional marketing into conversations.&lt;/p&gt;
