Chat with the CEO
As a mostly remote team, we’ve become addicted to keeping in touch throughout the day with the help of Campfire.
From 3 to 4 EST on weekdays, I open up a public chat room where anybody can drop by and chat with me (just look for the chat with the ceo link at the top of every page on this site).
On Fridays the rest of the team joins me in the chat and we keep it open a little longer (usually until 5).
